The Strategic Partnership Program (SPP) is an intensive executive MBA-style course targeted to local, small subcontracting and construction firms. Clark Construction Group developed the program in 2006 with the primary goal of growing the capacity of small contractors. Over several months, the SPP provides participants with comprehensive business and construction management skills and training to increase their business acumen, prepare them to pursue future opportunities, and realize smart, sustainable growth.

 

The program is offered at no cost to participants and features a curriculum designed to build business and project management competencies. Participants are expected to commit to weekly, three-hour evening classes.

 

Applications will be considered for 2026-2027 SPP Cohort which begins in September 2025. Only completed applications will be considered.
