Throughout the years, MWMCA has been fortunate to meet, connect, and work with some of the best professionals in the construction management industry. Without a doubt, the majority of those professionals have been men, but as we all can see, women are moving into all facets of the industry. They are at the top of their game in terms of knowledge, education, experience, and confidence. One such super talent is none other than Tyra L. Redus, Esquire, who heads Skanska USA Building, as their Regional Vendor Diversity Director.
Tyra holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and a J.D. from the University of Kentucky. She also, recently completed an executive certificate program in Strategic Diversity Management at Georgetown University.
