Howard County Government and The Howard Hughes Corporation’s Building the Future Together Outreach held on June 10th, delivered a strong inclusive message about two new projects that will start in 2022 with construction and design budgets approaching $700,000,000. One project will be a Life Sciences Building and the other project will be a Multi-Family Residential Housing Project with both having a 30% inclusionary goal. Howard County Executive, Calvin Ball and The Howard Hughes, Maryland President Greg Fitchitt, both expressed their commitment to the utilization of minority-owned firms and called on the two construction managers selected for this work, Clark Construction Group, LLC and Harvey Cleary to make good on their pledge of the 30% inclusionary goal!

For those seeking to work on these projects please contact Wayne Frazier at wrf@mwmca.org.
