Md. Washington Minority Companies Association (MWMCA) congratulates its Small Business Member, Kara A. DiPietro, CEO of HMC Incorporated, who was recently honored by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as the 2017 Small Business Person of the Year. Kara was selected from a pool of recommended candidates from local chambers, corporations, and business advocacy groups in Maryland.  HMC Incorporated is certified as a women’s business enterprise through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and through the Minority and Women's Business Opportunity Office (MWBOO) in Baltimore City.  HMC (Hospitality Millwork Construction) specializes in high quality food service design – build projects in Healthcare, Government, Higher Education, and Hospitality.
