Selects local Administrative Executive Eben Smith to lead its local, county and state Minority Business Enterprise and Workforce Development Compliance Team. Mr. Smith, a Morehouse College graduate with over a decade of experience in compliance and contract administration will develop collaborative policies that will ensure that local Prince George’s County residents are hired for jobs and minority owned trades are utilized during construction. “That is great because the county is well over seventy percent populated by African Americans”, said Wayne R. Frazier, Sr., President of MWMCA.
