INTREN Opens East Coast Headquarters Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh Cuts Ribbon Welcoming Specialty Utility Contractor
America’s East Coast was recently blessed with a new WBE Energy Utility specialty construction company in the form of INTREN. The electrical overhead and underground transmission and natural gas transmission concern headquartered in Illinois opened its new corporate office with fanfare that included elected, business, and trade leaders from across the region. Paul Taylor, Director of Mayor’s Office of Small and Minority and Women Business attended and said, “Baltimore is blessed to land INTREN’s new corporate office and field shop because of their positive track record of achievement, hiring, training local residents, and philanthropic giving. INTREN’s great corporate citizenship is just another example of committed ownership and executive leadership, combining to create a positive and productive environment.”
