Over 700 Minority and Women-Owned Firms Attended Live! Casino’s Minority Outreach Fair on December 7, 2017
Live! Casino & Hotel formerly “Maryland Live! Casino”, continues to be inclusive in supporting minority and women-owned firms. On Thursday, December 7, 2017, the Live! Casino & Hotel, one of the state of Maryland’s top revenue producing casino held its 9th semi-annual minority and women-owned business outreach fair and matchmaking sessions. Since its opening in 2012, the executive team at the casino along with its owners the Cordish Companies understand the importance of being an anchor catalyst in bringing major corporations and large government agencies together in one setting to advise, direct and educate minority and women-owned firms about everchanging opportunities on the horizon.
The casino continues to attract the regions best inclusive industries such as construction, education, energy, healthcare, transportation, finance, insurance and surety to provide current opportunities under its roof. “Live! Casino & Hotel cares about Maryland’s growing MBE/WBE community and strategically continues their commitment to hosting the semi-annual Minority Outreach Fair where major prime businesses can come together with minority and women-owned businesses to discuss working together. Often I am told as Live! Casino & Hotel Minority Outreach Fairs continue to grow, numerous attendees have commented on the new work they’ve won as a result of attending Live!
