Baltimore City Finally Implements Reciprocal Certification Process With MDOT

"The City of Baltimore Minority and Women's Business Opportunity Office (MWBOO) has finally implemented a reciprocal certification process with Maryland Department of Transportation. This process will enable MWBOO to get more done. MDOT does a detailed and thorough investigation when it comes to certifying minority-owned firms.  This is a BIG step in the right direction", said Wayne R. Frazier, Sr., President of Md. Washington Minority Companies Association (MWMCA).
