With origins as lathing contractors dating back to 1895, Donley’s was established as a general construction firm in 1941. Originally specializing in concrete formwork construction, the firm has continuously diversified and consolidated its services, and now, more than 75 years later, Donley’s is one of the region’s foremost Construction Managers, Design/Builders, and Concrete Contractors with offices in Virginia, Ohio, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

The firm’s experience includes a wide range of public and private sector projects, from higher education, healthcare, and office buildings to industrial, entertainment, and commercial construction. Donley’s also specializes in the design and construction of parking decks, with more than 220 projects completed in the last 30 years, including new facilities, expansions, and renovations.

Donley’s Mid-Atlantic office was established in Richmond, Virginia, in 2002.
