HDR is pursuing several water, wastewater, and solid waste engineering projects in the Mid-Atlantic region (including ECI and On-Call Short List for Multiple A/E projects for MES; biosolids project for WSSC and Howard County; and a variety of projects for Anne Arundel County, Baltimore and DC Water) and is hereby soliciting information from MDOT certified MBE/WBE firms interested in performing professional services such as Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Civil/Site, Process/Mechanical, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Permitting/Compliance, Hazardous Materials and Site Remediation, Survey, HVAC, and/or Plumbing.
