Project Description:
Montgomery County Maryland is soliciting sealed responses for Construction Services for the Colesville Maintenance Depot Addition and Renovation. The County is seeking qualified contractors prepared in all respects to undertake the complete construction of the Project. The REOI is the first step of a two-step procurement. In order to be invited to proceed to the second step an Offeror must timely respond to this REOI and be selected to receive a subsequent solicitation.
This project includes construction of an additional service bay, new administrative offices, expansion of the crew room, interior renovations, and replacement of the roof, exterior finishes, building systems and main building utility services. Site improvements include construction of concrete walls, stormwater improvements, materials storage canopies, new vehicle storage areas, and parking lot repaving. The project will be performed in phases to ensure uninterrupted highway maintenance operations conducted from this facility.
