The work consists of improvements to and expansion of electrical systems and HVAC systems serving the Information Technology Operations Center (ITOC) as well as replacement and expansion of the building’s emergency generator plant. The scope of work includes selective demolition, masonry, structural steel framing for rooftop HVAC units, new glycol pumping system, new HVAC equipment, new chilled water computer room A/C units, new chilled water rack top precision cooling system, new dehumidification system, new roof-top air cooled chiller, modifications to the existing generator flue, and new room lighting.
