The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) is hosting an Industry Forum for the I-495 and I-270 Public-Private Partnership (P3) Program on December 13, 2018 from 8am to 12pm at the Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport, 1739 W Nursery Rd, Linthicum Heights, MD 21090.
The I-495 and I-270 P3 Program will include improvements for over 70 miles of I-495 and I-270 in Maryland. MDOT is currently considering delivering the P3 Program as a series of long-term design-build-finance-operate-maintain revenue risk concessions. Each concession would encompass a portion of the I-495 and I-270 P3 Program and be solicited in phases.
The Industry Forum is a half-day event where MDOT will present the status of the I-495 and I-270 P3 Program and includes an opportunity for developers and prime contractors to engage with firms including small, disadvantaged, minority and women-owned businesses in the P3 solicitation process.
Individual professionals are required to register for the event.
We look forward to a productive and successful event at MDOT’s I-495 & I-270 P3 Program Industry Forum?. If you have questions about the Industry Forum or the registration process, please email I495_I270_P3@sha.state.md.us.
Separately from the Industry Forum, MDOT SHA is offering qualified P3 firms opportunities for one-on-one meetings on December 13 and 14. Information regarding the qualification requirements and process to request a meeting can be found in the Pre-Solicitation Information Memo (PIM), which is available online 495-270-p3.com/p3-information/resources.
